The purpose of your job:

The purpose of your job:

● automate processes, integrate systems, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes

● manage our cloud-based Linux servers, keeping them running smoothly and securely

● support different teams by understanding their IT needs and helping them with any tech issues

● handle backups and disaster recovery to ensure our data stays safe

● help onboard new tools and tech, training the team to use them effectively

● maintain clear documentation of IT processes and generate reports for leadership

● manage support tickets from colleagues, resolving tech issues quickly and effectively

● set up and manage user accounts, handling permissions and access so everyone has what they need

THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB
● Serving as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via inbound calls, emails, SMS
● Engaging customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and persuasive communication to raise interest in our services
● Coordinating and scheduling appointments for our medical staff according to customer preferences and availability
● Addressing billing inquiries, including questions about charges, payments, and statements
● Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company database
● Engaging with internal stakeholders such as medical staff, billing department, and other relevant teams to facilitate the resolution of customer requests
● Handling pre-collection calls to recover payments from customers responsible for out-of-pocket expenses

THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB 

• Meet consistently in person with the call center department, as well as the people handling referral sources for the project 
• Gather quantitative and qualitative data from the teams and our online referral sources on what leads, customers and our team are saying and doing 
• Generate data-driven reports to improve the marketing and customer experience efforts ● Work along and report to US Marketing Director weekly with data analysis on trends, changes, questions, etc. and provide a well thought out, data-driven approach on what we can do to improve ● Keep up to date on what health insurances we accept and let Marketing know of any changes to adjust to our website 
• Ensure full cohesion between scripts used by the Call Center in Romania and our US Front Desk teams at all locations 
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

THE PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB 

• Monitor and evaluate recorded call center and front desk interactions for adherence to company standards, compliance, and customer service quality 
• Audit billing team tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal processes and insurance guidelines 
• Document findings in structured audit reports, highlighting strengths and improvements
• Identify patterns, gaps, and recurring issues, providing actionable recommendations for process improvements 
• Collaborate with department heads to communicate feedback and develop training or corrective action plans 
• Maintain an organized system for tracking performance trends over time
