As a Sales Representative, your role will be pivotal in connecting with prospects throughout the United States, leveraging diverse communication channels including calls, chats, emails, and SMS to actively engage potential customers. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to supporting a client within the lead management field, focusing on delivering premium leads to their customer base.

Work Schedule: Flexible, Mon-Fri between 16:00 – 01:00 EEST
Compensation: Commission-based, 1.5% – 9% of monthly sales (you can exceed $6,000 per month)
Reporting to: Administrator
Main responsibilities:
- engage with US-based prospects through various communication channels including calls, chat, email, and SMS
- cultivate relationships with potential customers and guide them through the process of becoming loyal clients
- showcase the value of the lead management solutions, emphasizing the quality and effectiveness of the leads
- develop innovative sales strategies to generate repeat business and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- collaborate with our leadership team to share insights, refine strategies, and achieve collective goals
- maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
- stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new avenues for business development
Key competencies:
- excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written – mandatory
- minimum 2 years sales experience – mandatory
- hands-on experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- excellent knowledge of the Google Suite
Nice to have:
