Remote Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Remote Personal Assistant to our Outreach Manager. Your key role will involve providing administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of our outreach (sales) initiatives, including making calls to our US-based referral partners and keeping track of referred parties. 

Contract Type: Undetermined period

Type of Work: Full time 

Location: Remote work

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 15:00 – 00:00 EEST

Compensation: 3000 – 4000 RON monthly, based on skills and experience

Reporting to: Administrator

Main responsibilities:

  • assist the Outreach Manager in coordinating outreach campaigns, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking outcomes
  • provide administrative support, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
  • make outbound calls to our referral partners to maintain relationships and facilitate communication
  • keep detailed records and notes on referred parties
  • conduct research on potential referral partners and industry trends to support outreach efforts
  • perform other duties as assigned to support the overall sales and outreach objectives

Key competencies:

  • excellent English skills, both verbal and written – mandatory 
  • minimum of 1 year of experience in a US call center environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software

Nice to have:

  • experience as a personal assistant 
  • knowledge of the United States medical field
