Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our CEO, help ensure smooth operations, and facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, contribute to strategic initiatives, and play a pivotal role in the success of our organization.

Location: Bucharest, hybrid work
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00-00:00 EEST
Compensation: 4000-5000 RON net monthly, based on skills and experience
Reporting to: Administrator

Main Responsibilities:
– Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO
– Organize and maintain files and records to ensure efficient retrieval of information
– Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO
– Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed to support the CEO’s decision-making process
– Coordinate with other members of the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities
– Provide general administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and handling other day-to-day tasks as required

Key Competencies:
– Excellent English skills, both verbal and written – mandatory
– Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
– Good understanding of business principles
– Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software

Nice to Have:
– Knowledge of the United States medical field
– Knowledge of the United States insurance industry
– Experience in coordinating operational activities – managing project schedules, tracking progress, ensuring compliance with policies
