How you should be involved:
Full-time

Working hours

    Monday to Thursday: 15:00 – 00:00,

    Friday: 16:00 – 22:00

Main responsibilities

● Serving as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via inbound
calls, emails, and SMS
● Engaging customers by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and
persuasive communication to raise interest in our services
● Coordinating and scheduling appointments for our medical staff according to
customer preferences and availability
● Addressing billing inquiries, including questions about charges, payments, and
statements
● Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries,
and resolutions in the company database
● Engaging with internal stakeholders such as medical staff, billing department,
and other relevant teams to facilitate the resolution of customer requests
● Handling pre-collection calls to recover payments from customers responsible
for out-of-pocket expenses

Key competencies

● Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written – mandatory
● Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center
● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
● Data management skills with experience in Excel / Google Sheets
● Hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools

3000 – 4000 RON net monthly, based on skills and experience

● Minimum 2 years experience in a people management role, overseeing 10+ direct reports
● Minimum 2 years billing experience in a supervisory role
● Relevant customer service experience
● Strong understanding of key business concepts
● Proven track record in developing strategic business plans
● Great data analysis skills
● Experience in presenting reports to C-level executives
● Proficiency in using billing software, databases and other relevant tools
● Exceptional skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and similar applications for data
analysis and reporting
● Hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
● Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written – mandatory

  Salary:
6500 – 9000 RON net monthly, based on skills and experience

Main responsibilities

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their technology
needs
● Engaging in tech-related projects and providing support to internal
stakeholders
● Troubleshooting basic hardware issues
● Managing user accounts and application provisioning
● providing basic training to users on new technologies and tools
● Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets
● Coordinating with vendors for software licensing and renewals
● Collaborating on designing automation solutions
● Conducting periodic application audits
● Data gathering and generating performance reports for the leadership team

Key competencies

● experience in end-user technical support: system provisioning, basic
hardware troubleshooting
● data management skills with experience in Excel, Airtable, SQL or similar tools

● hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Microsoft Dynamics
● excellent knowledge of the Google Suite
● excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written – mandatory

What we need you to demonstrate:

● Motivation to learn and grow with us.
● Determination to not give up easily and persevere in the face of adversity.
● Great communication skills.
● Good knowledge of the English language – Able to hold a conversation in a professional environment without difficulties.
● Know how to speak and write in a grammatically correct fashion.
● Minimum 1 year of web development in Python.
● Basic knowledge of relational databases and object-relational mapping (ORM).
● Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
● Comfortable working with the Linux command line.
● Hands-on experience with version control (ideally Git).
